How different would life be if your child enjoyed eating REAL food?

Is mealtime a nightmare for you and your family due to fussy eating?

My name is Nara-Beth - I'm a clinical nutritionist, and it appears that my life’s journey was, is, and continues to revolve in some way around food.

If your child is a fussy eater, you are not alone,  If you are exhausted from trying to help your child eat nutritional food and enjoy it, I can help you.

I have always been a fussy eater and now have my very own fussy eater. I know what it’s like to struggle with food in general and fussy eaters in particular.

Almost every mother I meet has fussy child eaters in her mothering history. I have come to understand that there are clear, multi-directional links between poor diet, processed/GM foods, autoimmune diseases, and fussy eaters.

And so my journey begins, I've been helping others to help their cherished child be nourished to flourish. My Programs contain 3 modules which can be completed individually or as a Bundle - please choose the one which is best for your current situation. If you have any questions, I'd love to hear from you.

“My Little Fusspot has become a kid that is more open to explore, touch, smell and actually make some bites to foods that he never ate before. We are about three weeks in, in implementing the course and we have seen a big progress in his behavior during meal times and his behavior in front of foods. He now wakes up hungry and is willing to eat. My husband and I now know what path to follow, thanks to this course. I like to have the step by step of how to stop this nightmare. My son was eating a menu of about ten items during one year, additionally he has Celiac Disease, constipation and he has had ear infections seven times during his three years of life. My anxiety, frustration and sadness have been improved. I feel more relaxed because I have started to see the results. I also repeat in my mind "We propose and he decides" and "Make every bite count". That makes me feel more confident every time we introduce a new food. I highly recommend the course to parents that are in the situation of having a Little Fusspot. This course and the group has rescued me of many a night without sleep. I made extensive research before and it was difficult to find a Nutritionist that also knows about Feeding Therapy. Normally you find it separate. Many many thanks Beth for launching this course to the World! and also thanks to the Little Fusspot Family in Facebook!, very helpful support group. Sincerely, Lady Serrano ”

“The Little Fusspot course has been absolutely fantastic for our family of fusspots. When Beth explained about sensory preferences and how children view new foods - so much about my daughter's refusal to try anything unfamiliar suddenly made perfect sense. The 1:1 session with Beth was absolutely invaluable. She gave me a detailed, personalised plan to move forward, and was very supportive and understanding of how upsetting it was to me as a parent to be facing these difficulties. The videos and resource sheets are informative, easy to understand and use. Knowing the reasons why behind food refusal has made it so much easier for me to introduce new foods in a safe, calm manner where my child feels in control and excited to participate. I highly recommend this course to anyone who is dealing with their child eating a limited range of foods and who fears or refuses to try new foods. ”

“This course opened my mind to understand all the hidden world that is behind fussy eating. I was seeking advice to help me deal with my picky eater and stressful mealtimes. This course gave me lots and various information about sensory issues, nutrition, calming techinques and food related techiniques, all together to help me manage my anxiety and head to a more balanced diet in my child in the future. After 1 month, I cannot say that my child is not a fussy eater anymore, but with this course my level of anxiety and stress has lowered considerably, which is one of the things I am sure will lead to better eating for my daughter. She is now willing to trying at least few bites of new safe foods and I am hoping this could improve my child’s eating habits. Time, patience and hard work are needed for you to succeed, and Beth has given me all the support, enthusiasm and hope to continue with this journey. She explains every chapter in an excellent manner and is very open and honest when answering your queries. I don’t regret doing this complete course, and I hope my child eats the same family food in the future.”
